Return and Exchange Policy

417 Nail Supply is committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

Returns:

  1. Eligibility: Items may be returned within 15 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  2. Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

  3. Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 10% restocking fee. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges:

  1. Eligibility: Exchanges are only allowed for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

  2. Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.

  3. Exchange Process: After receiving the returned item, we will ship out the replacement item within 3-5 business days. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the original purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at 417nailsupply@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Pack and Ship: Pack the item securely, including a copy of your invoice and the return authorization number. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
